BY ACCESSING THIS SITE, AND PAGES THEREOF, AND BY USING THE LAW ENFORCEMENT PROFESSIONAL COURTEST CARDS SERVICE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW AND ANY STATEMENT ON ALL WEB PAGES OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT PROFESSIONAL COURTEST CARDS WEBSITE.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT ACCESS THE SITE, OR ANY PAGES THEREOF, OR UTILIZE THE LAW ENFORCEMENT PROFESSIONAL COURTEST CARDS SERVICES AND INFORMATION.

ACTIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS / SHIPPING:

To prevent Law Enforcement Professional Courtesy Cards from getting into the wrong hands and to avoid verifying your credentials, ALL orders placed by ACTIVE DUTY Law Enforcement Officers will be shipped to your agency and/or department.  If your  agency and/or department prohibits you from receiving mail at your work address, please contact us via e-mail (Contact Tab) so we can verify your employment and ship your cards to another address. 

 RETIREE ORDERING / SHIPPING:

Being we do not want to prevent our retiree’s from purchasing LEO ProCards, we ask that you fax your credentials to (904) 645-3242.  You can still place your order on-line and once we receive your fax, we will mail your cards to the shipping address provided.

PRE-PRINTED CARDS- RETURNS / REFUNDS:  

ALL sales are FINAL unless the Pre-Printed Card is damaged or the order is incorrect.  Customers must notify Law Enforcement Professional Courtesy Cards by e-mail (via Contact tab) within 5 business days of receiving your order to inform us of any defects discovered in your shipment or the claim will be denied.  Once we receive your e-mail, we will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.  The RAN number must be written visibly on the outside of the package to return the order.  We do not accept unauthorized returns.  Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.  Acceptable reasons for Returns explicitly are: damaged card(s), received the wrong card(s), card(s) has errors or missing elements.  A return does not mean you will receive a refund. 

CUSTOM ORDER CARDS – INFORMATION:

Law Enforcement Professional Courtesy Cards does not check any submission for spelling, grammar, or any other errors. The design will be printed as it appears during the approval step. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are formatted correctly.

Printing errors attributed to the customer are not subject to free reprint. Customer may correct their issue and reprint the order at 75% of the cost for each reprinted item. Errors caused by Law Enforcement Professional Courtesy Cards will be reprinted and shipped free of charge.

Law Enforcement Professional Courtesy Cards will do its best in having products delivered on time. However, Law Enforcement Professional Courtesy Cards assumes no liability whatsoever to customers for any lost business or other damages, real or constructive. Buyer assumes full risk of possible delivery delays.

Law Enforcement Professional Courtesy Cards cannot be held responsible for any inability to print on the product after purchase. Law Enforcement Professional Courtesy Cards products are often coated and can be difficult to print on. UV coated products cannot be printed on, while matte covered products may require commercial printers. Please test using a sample and verify that your printer will work before placing an order. Samples can be ordered online for free. Problems printing on products using after-market printers is not a valid reason for refund or reprint. .

Law Enforcement Professional Courtesy Cards does not refund, cancel or credit if the service failure is caused, in whole or in part, by: Acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Law Enforcement Professional Courtesy Cards will never provide your credit card or other payment details to any third party.

Color fidelity warranted by Law Enforcement Professional Courtesy Cards is consistent with industry standards for “pleasing color.” Law Enforcement Professional Courtesy Cards offers no guarantee of “match-print” or “match-product” color fidelity. Law Enforcement Professional Courtesy Cards cannot prevent slight color drift throughout an order. Law Enforcement Professional Courtesy Cards cannot calibrate the customers computer monitor and therefore does not guarantee that the color printed will match the preview as it appears on the customers monitor.

You can upload .pdf, .ai, .psd, .indd, .cdr, .png, .pub, .doc, .ppt, .qxd, .bmp, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg or .tif files.
 
Guidelines for Artwork:

Before creating PDF files, please create outlines for all the fonts, or attach the TrueType TTF fonts you used in the artwork, as we do not print directly from the PDF files.  Texts in image files (JPG, GIF, BMP, PNG) will not be printed as sharp as other formats with text layers like Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop, PDF, Freehand, Indesign… We suggest you send us your source files with texts layers to us to get better printing result.

If you have used special fonts (or Mac fonts), please send the TrueType TTF font files to us as well, to avoid any font problems, please transfer the texts into vector paths (create outlines). 

We recommend you compress all your files including a readme.txt with your introductions into a .ZIP or .RAR or .SIT file.

PRINTING RESULTS:

Colors in a digital proof are not guaranteed to match the finished product. When sending artwork, please set all color mode as C.M.Y.K. Please note that certain Pantone colors are outside the printable color range of CMYK devices. Screen colors are never accurate, please check Pantone or CMYK specifications. Color settings need to be more than 8% to be printable. 

We cannot guarantee that the artwork will look exactly the same on your computer as it does on our equipment or the finished product. Color conversions may cause color shifting or files changes.

Files must be submitted in CMYK color format with no foreign or vendor specific color profiles embedded. 

If you submit a file in another color format, we will convert it to CMYK and exert our best effort to match colors. 

We do not guarantee our CMYK colors will match the colors seen on your inkjet printer, your computer monitor, another printer, or any other Color Mode you specify. 

Texts must convert to paths, curves or outlines. A line thinner that 0.076mm will not appear on output.  We may reprint your order only where extreme cases of color shifting cause the product to be deemed by us unusable.  The heat lamination process used during card production may result in subtle color shade variations between artwork (or proof ) and actual card, may have up to 8% color variation on the outcome. 

By placing this order, customer accepts the terms of this form, as well as the “term” on Law Enforcement Professional Courtesy Cards official website. 

REFUND /REPRINT:

We accept return or reprint only if the products are damaged or absolutely can not be used, customer received wrong order, or the products are substantially different from the proof.  

An order must be deemed, by a member of our staff, damaged, erroneous, or unusable to be reprinted. 

Your entire order, or the entire affected portion of the order, must be returned before we will reprint it. 

We reprint using customer’s originally artwork, if artwork need to be changed then it is consider new order. 

Because all orders are customized, minor color and shape variation from the proof or artwork is normal in printing industry, thus LEO ProCards will not issue refund or reprint base on the minor difference. 

Refunds are not given for products in the customer’s possession greater than 30 calendar days. 

The design fee will not be refunded on any orders which required design.

CANCELLATIONS:    

If the order is cancelled after it has been processed, 25% of the cost of the order will be billed. 

If an order is processed and has begun printing, it may not be canceled. 

If an order has been printed, pending shipping, and the customer no longer wants the order, paid shipping fees will be refunded.
